A CIO was getting frequent reports of unhappiness from the Sys-admin team. She had changed their Line Manager twice in the last year to try to improve matters. Each time there was a honeymoon of improvement then old habits crept back. She was considering removing the team and Outsourcing as a solution. The Line Manager went through the programme and could then start to see that the Sys-admin team was potentially much more diverse than she thought. The team themselves went through the programme which confirmed hes expectations about differing needs. She quickly learnt how to gain their respect and communicate effectively and got them moving. The CIO has forgotten about Outsourcing as the team is now delivering so much more.The CTO responsible for IT production in a publishing industry required a half day to work through some initial issues raised by the pre-coaching package and agree the key areas for his personal development. This was followed by 3 one hour sessions by phone over the next 6 weeks. Once the initial areas were addressed the coaching pattern continued on the basis of a 3 hour face to face every 3 months with the occasional phone call support in between. Total cost for one years Coaching. (Price on application.. ) The Coaching package. Following completion of Pre-coaching package a programme of individual and group activites will be developed to target the specific goals and needs. The timing and frequency is subject to goals and needs and can very extensively. Aditional sessions are offered as new members are added to the team. It also exceptionaly helpful to use the Birkman Method ® as aprt of the recruitment of new team members.
